I stumbled upon this place when staying in the Marais and it was unexpectedly delicious! It seemed like there is really only one option, the cream puff, and tbh they only need one option because it was so good. Delicate and flavorful without being overly sweet. A must try if you're in the area.

Saw this specialty store on our way home and had to try their cream puffs! They had two flavors: yuzu and original. We got one of each (€1.80 each). It was a delicately made cream puff with a crispy outer shell and light cream inside. The yuzu one was definitely better than the original, as it had a sour kick to it! It is pretty small for the price, but definitely well made. If you happen to stop by, you should try it!
